Today Has Been Brought to You by the Letter Y

Tonight brings another meeting of the CMPG, and tonight we’ll be talking about the images from our latest photo assignment - Alphabet. This is my offering. I happened across this tree along the side of US Rte 50, while we were on the way to visit my parents a few weeks back.

I about scared the bejeezus out of Donna when I slammed on the brakes to stop to get the picture.

When I was a little kid, I thought there was a word that meant “these are the who the commercials are from” I thought the word was “brocktuyu” ( okay, I had a lot of ear infections) I must have been several years in elementary school before it occurred to me that I was hearing “brought-to-you”.

I think it’s a cool picture, and I like the green background!

Brocktuyu is a perfectfully cromulant word, like embiggen, as in, “A noble spirit embiggens even the smallest man.”
