Hooray for Donna!

For some of you, this will be a rebroadcast of an earlier e-mail…

Hey, everyone. I just wanted to let you all know that Donna has accepted
a new job, and will be leaving the crazy train house in two weeks. The
best part is that she had several options to choose from.

Effective August 10, Donna will be working for the Operative Plasterers’
and Cement Masons’ International Association as an administrative
assistant to the director of training (or something like that) for the
union. She’ll be working to assist union members to get the training and
continuing education they require, as well as be involved in the
planning and execution of national training conventions. Or, something
like that.

The job comes with good bennies, great hours (although she’s gonna hafta
drag herself out of bed a good bit earlier, and I’ll have to revert to
my old, very early wake-up time) and very good pay. Of the jobs offered,
this is the one she was most excited about, as it offers new challenges,
the possibility of advancement and growth, and an excellent working
environment.

Yay, Donna!
