Testing, testing …

At the request of one of the developer’s I’m going to be breaking the galleries over night tonight. They’ll be back on line sometime either early tomorrow morning, or tomorrow evening.

[Note: I chose to break only one of the galleries that I know is at issue, instead of the whole shootin' match. So, for the moment, only the Tom Tom Club gallery is FUBR. All others should function normally]

While I’m at this testing thing, I’ve changed a couple of options in Gallery. I’m still trying to get image linking to work…

[Aha, we're getting somewhere. It seems that 1) I was feeding too much information to the plug-in, and (2) I only seem to be able to get a thumbnail into the blog entry presently. That's better, anyway, than it was before.]

[As you can see, we've gotten to the bottom of this mystery. It seems that I had a setting wrong, but mostly because I had a different expectation of the usage of the word "thumbnail." I expect that a thumbnail is going to be a miniature version of the full-sized image. In this case, it indicates the size of a picture, as displayed in a blog entry.]
