Keeping the Peace?

This is the result of a high-speed police chase that got out of hand. The car (Honda) hit by the cruiser was not the suspects’ car. Fortunately, nobody died, although two of the three occupants of the car received numerous cuts and bruises requiring stitches, and one has a back and neck injuries. The third occupant of the car recieved no injury whatsoever. Still, there’s gonna be an awful lot of paperwork involved here!
This is a perfect case against high-speed chases.
