New Macs Run Windows

Well, yes and no. Apparently, although the new iMac and MacBook Pro will ship with MacOS X, there’s nothing to stop users from loading Windows on the machines.

“That’s fine with us. We don’t mind. If there are people who love our hardware but are forced to put up with a Windows world, then that’s OK.”

    questions on people’s minds (well, geeks’ minds) has been “Will we be able to run Windows on an Intel Mac?” The Apple party line at MacWorld seems to be “we won’t support that” - which is completely fair and understandable, I think - and folks such as Geren
